What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Old Towne Animal Hospital?
Our Veterinary Hospital is seeking to hire a full or part time veterinary receptionist to join our team. The job will be primarily receptionist duties that includes social networking and client/phone communication. Previous experience in the veterinary field and customer service preferred.
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and be able to multi-task while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records.
Communicating with clients regarding patient care. Patient check in and out.
Communicating with doctors and technicians regarding medical care of patients. Maintaining cleanliness and the warm atmosphere of the hospital.
Duties may also include:
Help with daily upkeep of social media platforms.
Community outreach and new client recruitment.
