Key Responsibilities
Perform aseptic technique in a cleanroom and laminar airflow hood environment
Accurately measure, mix, and label medications
Maintain detailed compounding logs and documentation
Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Clean and maintain sterile compounding areas and equipment
Assist with inventory management and supply organization
Work closely with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and patient safety
Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications
Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license required
Sterile compounding experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
PTCB certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment
Reliable and consistent attendance
Preferred Experience Experience in a compounding or hospital pharmacy
Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and gowning protocols
Experience handling hazardous medications
