Old Sturbridge Academy Charter Public School Sturbridge, MA | Part-Time | Minimum 2 days on-site per week Old Sturbridge Academy Charter Public School is seeking an experienced and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a part-time role based at our Sturbridge campus. We are looking for a candidate who brings clinical expertise, strong evaluation skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, and we welcome all candidates who reflect the cultural and linguistic diversity of our community. Who We Are Old Sturbridge Academy (OSA) is an EL Education school working in partnership with Old Sturbridge Village, providing students with rigorous, real-world learning experiences in a supportive and nurturing environment. Our students don’t just read about history and science — they live it, right on the grounds of one of the most extraordinary living history museums in the country. We are distinguished by four key elements of EL Education: a commitment to community, a commitment to high-quality work, a commitment to real-world applications, and a commitment to imagination, exploration, and immersion. At OSA, we believe we are crew, not passengers — and every member of our team shows up fully for our students and each other. We want to be honest with prospective candidates: this is energizing, demanding work. Our school day is longer than a traditional district schedule, our expectations are high, and we ask everyone on our team to go beyond the boundaries of a job description when students need it. You will be carrying a direct service caseload, managing a full evaluation and IEP workload, and supervising an on-site SLPA — all while becoming a trusted member of the OSA crew. If that excites you, you’ll fit right in. Schedule and Presence This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate will be on-site at OSA for a minimum of 2 consistent days per week, with additional time as needed for evaluations, IEP meetings, and SLPA supervision.
