We welcome candidates who reflect the cultural diversity of our community. Who We Are Old Sturbridge Academy Charter Public School is an EL Education school working in partnership with Old Sturbridge Village, providing students with rigorous, real-world learning experiences in a supportive and nurturing environment. Our students don't just read about history and science — they live it, right on the grounds of one of the most extraordinary living history museums in the country. We are distinguished by four key elements of EL Education: a commitment to community, a commitment to high-quality work, a commitment to real-world applications, and a commitment to imagination, exploration, and immersion. At OSA, we believe we are crew, not passengers — and every member of our team shows up fully for our students and each other. We want to be honest with prospective candidates: this is energizing, demanding work. Our school day is longer than a traditional district schedule, our expectations are high, and we ask everyone on our team to go beyond the boundaries of a job description when students need it.
