Prep Cook – Scratch German-American Kitchen
We are a well-established, family-owned German-American restaurant with over 25 years of history, known for our commitment to scratch cooking and a professional, team-focused kitchen.
We are currently seeking a Prep Cook to join our team.
Position Overview
This role focuses on foundational kitchen work, including preparing sauces and traditional items such as spaetzle from scratch. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, organization, and craftsmanship.

- Consistent daytime schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Closed Mondays & Tuesdays – guaranteed two consecutive days off
- 35–40 hours per week guaranteed

Additional Notes
- Due to the seasonal demands of Oktoberfest, vacation time is not available during September and October
