Overview:
The Restaurant Manager leads a department within the restaurant ensuring their teams have what is needed to provide our guests excellent service and a great dining experience. Leading by example, positivity and the ability to motivate and coach teams are what create a successful Restaurant Manager.
- Salary Range:$ 60,255.00 to $ 70,655.00 per year
- Starting Salary pay rate is determined based on years of experience and education.
- Pay raise after completion of training
- Annual pay raise based on performance evaluation

Job Duties:
- Oversee teams for successful Guest Service and Guest Experience.
- Cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory.
- Train, mentor and coach teams.
- Shift planning and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance of labor laws and safety policies.
- Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
- Lead and motivate teams, supporting company culture and business needs.
- Implement specials, marketing initiative and internal contests.
- Assist in Interviewing, onboarding and orientation of new team members.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 years of experience as a server or bartender
- Training or leadership skills preferred but not required
- Positive and approachable personality
- Passion and determination for excellent service
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative team player and leader
- Self motivated with a drive to succeed
