Busser Job Description:
Bussers are responsible for quickly clearing, cleaning and resetting tables, while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and presentation for our guests to enjoy. Our Busser's play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork are crucial to this role.
About You:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive, friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team and guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop throughout shift.
- Able to lift 35lbs without assistance
What You Will Do as Busser:
- Ensure tables are cleared of all dishes and materials
- Clean, sanitize tables and seating, resetting tables for new guests to be seated promptly.
- Maintain clean, well-stocked supplies including utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items.
- Adhere to high safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for both staff and guests.
- Contribute as part of a team for excellent dining experiences for all our guests to enjoy.
