Tour Guide

We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging Tour Guides to lead visitors through our popular attractions and provide memorable experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours, providing informative and engaging commentary about the site’s history, features, and significance
• Ensure visitor safety by adhering to safety protocols and managing group behavior effectively
• Answer questions from guests, offering additional insights and personalized attention when appropriate
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor to enhance visitor satisfaction
• Manage tour schedules efficiently, ensuring timely departures and arrivals
• Assist in educational activities or demonstrations as needed to enrich the visitor experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards of customer service

Requirements

• Excellent public speaking and communication skills with the ability to captivate audiences of all ages
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse visitor groups
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage groups confidently and responsibly
• Experience in customer service or teaching is preferred but not required; a passion for education is essential
• Exceptional time management skills to coordinate tour schedules effectively
• Ability to work outdoors or in various weather conditions as needed
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Prior experience in guiding tours or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2.0 per week
