The Position
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and growing existing accounts. This is a commission-driven sales role, ideal for someone who is passionate about building their own profile with the support of our team, thrives in customer-facing environments, and is eager to drive growth in an expanding industry.
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have the product knowledge and sales tools needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with gaming stores, hobby shops, and other retail partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and attending gaming conventions or industry events.
- Manage accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat orders, and long-term partnerships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and expand market presence.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and other promotional events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service (experience in the gaming, hobby, or retail industry is a plus but not required).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and tasks.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and developing new client relationships.
- Familiarity with tabletop gaming culture and products is strongly preferred but can be gained through employment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and mobile tools (laptop, tablet, etc.).
- Experience in social media preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within assigned territory.

- Base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
