Responsibilities
- Lead and run shifts efficiently while ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally
- Open and close, following company procedures
- Train and support team members to maintain consistency and confidence
- Enforce workplace policies and uphold company standards
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
- Manage team members, workflow, and equipment during the shift
- Monitor daily operations to help control costs and minimize waste
- Step in wherever needed, from helping on the line to supporting during a rush
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example
- Strong communicator who can motivate and coach a team
- Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable giving direction and holding team members accountable
- Committed to maintaining a positive, team-first culture
- Previous food service experience preferred (leadership experience a plus)
