What You’ll Do
- Review and interpret chains of title from title plant systems
- Prepare and issue accurate commitments for title insurance
- Verify property, tax, and mapping information for completeness and accuracy
- Analyze legal descriptions, documents, and recorded instruments
- Ensure proper starter bases and complete search packages
- Collaborate with internal teams to support workflow and meet deadlines
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- 2 years of title industry experience
- Strong knowledge of title examination, real estate practices, and legal descriptions
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex title data with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- You take ownership of your work and pride yourself on accuracy
- You’re proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
- You thrive under deadlines and enjoy solving problems
- You’re a strong communicator who works well across teams

Position's Pay Range
