This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable experience in the title and escrow industry while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team that supports successful real estate transactions nationwide.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with overtime opportunities during peak volume periods. This position will start in person and transition to a hybrid schedule after a probationary period.

Preferred Background
- This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for candidates who have worked in detail-oriented, production, or document processing roles.
- Experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or recording environments is a plus, but not required.
- Review executed closing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lender and state/county requirements.
- Confirm that funds received align with the CD/ALTA, and promptly notify team members of any discrepancies.
- Attach, scan, and organize documents within the system to ensure all records are clear, accurate, and web-viewable.
- Verify that lender specifications and title commitments have been fully met before final submission.
- Record detailed notes in the operational system regarding file status, review results, and any required corrections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Approve shipping of reviewed and completed loan packages to lenders.
- Assist with trailing documents and corrections as needed to finalize files.
- Consistently meet production and quality goals while supporting departmental objectives.
- Maintain a professional, positive presence in all communications with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities.

Position's Pay Range
