Old Republic Title is seeking a Commercial Escrow Officer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role—3 days in the office at our Minnetonka, MN location. In this role, you will manage the closing of commercial transactions—from single-site deals to complex multi-site and multi-state refinance and sale transactions—while providing top-tier service to our clients and internal partners. You’ll also handle accounting and escrow functions, support staff inquiries, and work closely under the guidance of a VP and Underwriting Counsel.
Location & Schedule: Hybrid work with 3 days in-office at our Minnetonka, MN office.

Position's Pay Range
$80,000 - 100,000 annually.

What You’ll Do
- Close commercial transactions, including preparing settlement statements, reviewing escrow instructions, adhering to local closing customs, initiating and approving wires, recording documents, and maintaining trial balances.
- Oversee and support escrow assistant(s) to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with underwriting staff and Escrow Administrators on closing and post-closing functions.
- Coordinate local and national recordings and manage post-closing escrows.
- Handle transaction accounting, including payments to agents, local offices, and booking fees to NCTS.
- Prioritize and manage multiple site projects and portfolios while ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Serve as a professional, positive representative of ORT to clients and partners.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed and approved by your supervisor.
- 3–5 years of commercial closing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
