Your Impact
We’re looking for a Manager, Compliance Operations who’s ready to take the lead in shaping and strengthening our compliance operations. As the Manager, Compliance Operations, you’ll oversee a talented team, providing mentorship, guidance, and encouragement to help them reach their full potential. You’ll set clear expectations, offer meaningful feedback, and foster a culture of psychological safety and high performance.
In this role, the Manager, Compliance Operations will develop and implement the metrics and workflows that keep our data accurate, timely, and compliant. From designing reporting processes that meet state, bureau, and organizational standards to ensuring adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley COSO requirements, you’ll be at the center of our compliance excellence. The Manager, Compliance Operations will also lead efforts to enhance data governance, improve quality standards, and introduce automation that streamlines reporting and analysis.
As our Manager, Compliance Operations, you’ll transform complex information into actionable insights, building dashboards and analytics that help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions. You’ll coordinate regulatory reporting, respond to external correspondence, and support audits and internal reviews with confidence and precision. The Manager, Compliance Operations will also champion system utilization, ensuring operational continuity and empowering staff with the tools they need to succeed.
Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and have a minimum of five years of leadership experience. Previous insurance industry experience is highly desirable. We’re looking for a dynamic professional who thrives on problem-solving, driving continuous improvement, and inspiring high-performing teams. This role is primarily onsite, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements depending on the needs of the workweek. Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance to our office In Brookfield, WI.
