We are seeking an Account Executive of Sales to join our Sales Team! You will work closely with local real estate professionals to drive Old Republic Home Protection as the Home Warranty of choice. Territory: Orange County, CA: Orange, Anaheim, Buena Park, Fullerton, and Santa Ana, CA. You must live inside your territory.Responsibilities:Present and sell company products and services to new and existing agents and brokersProspect and contact potential agents and brokersReach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadlineSet follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest products, services, and technology advancements to assist in ease of use.Create sales material to present to agents and brokersAttend real estate association events and network in your territoryTravel territory daily four days per week, one home office day is approvedQualifications:Previous experience in sales, preferably in home warranty or real estateIntermediate Technology Experience - Use of laptop, tablet, and smart device. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Ability to build rapport with associatesStrong negotiation skillsFinancial Literacy- The ability to understand forecasts and financial reportsDeadline and detail-orientedRequired Education:High School DiplomaAssociate's Degree (Preferred)Licensed Real Estate Professional (Preferred)Compensation:For the first year, the salary includes a commission guarantee. However, you can always achieve higher income by exceeding the commission guarantee. The first-year salary with a baseline commission guarantee is $80,000.00.
