Medical Billing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Submit and track referrals and prior authorizations
• Work directly with Anthem, Health Net, and other insurance providers
• Process and reconcile medical claims billing
• Build and maintain reports accurately and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with MCPs, providers, and insurance representatives
• Maintain organized documentation and patient records
• Support office operations with strong communication and typing skills

Qualifications:

• Experience in medical billing, referrals, and authorizations preferred
• Knowledge of Anthem and Health Net insurance processes
• Strong computer, communication, and typing skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to multitask and work independently
