We are seeking dedicated Addiction Counselors to join our clinical team at The Refuge Recovery Center. This individual will be responsible for providing counseling and therapeutic services to individuals in our recovery programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others overcome addiction and will have experience in one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and recovery planning.

As an Addiction Counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey, helping them address the root causes of addiction, develop coping strategies, and achieve their goals for a healthier, sober life.

Relevant certifications in addiction counseling (e.g., CADC I, CDAC II, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) are preferred. Experience facilitating group therapy and working with individuals in crisis or recovery. Strong understanding of addiction, recovery models, and co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use). Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.

We are also looking for individuals to cover graveyard shifts which do not require a license.
