Overview
Old North Cleaning Co is a locally owned commercial cleaning company serving offices, studios, gyms, churches, and managed properties across the Triangle. We're growing and looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaning contractors to service recurring commercial accounts.
What You'll Do
- Clean commercial spaces (offices, suites, common areas) on a recurring schedule, usually after business hours
- Standard scope: trash, restrooms, floors (vacuum and mop), high-touch disinfecting, break rooms, and entry glass
- Follow a documented checklist for each account and leave the space show-ready
- Communicate promptly about supply needs or any issues
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual (showing up on schedule is the number one thing that matters)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Prior commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Availability for evenings and/or weekends
- Able to pass a background check
- As an independent contractor, you carry your own general liability insurance (or are willing to obtain it)
