About the Role
The Studio Sample Coordinator is the studio-side sample expert for all Old Navy Online sample trafficking.
What You'll Do
- Learn and master Old Navy’s sample tracking programs and processes - both digital and physical
- Become familiar with Old Navy seasonal product lifecycles
- Keep samples organized and maintain records tracking receipt information
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Support needs of product photography and product copy teams, ensuring samples are received on time
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to traffic sample requests
- Clearly communicate status of sample requests - tracking arrivals and delays
Who You Are
- 1-2 years experience with data entry is preferred
- Highly detail oriented
- Works well in a fast environment and embraces change
- Superior interpersonal, management, and presentation/writing skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Recognize and questions potential problems and situations
Salary : $20 - $26
