About The Role
The Inventory Analyst executes daily inventory activities that ensure accurate and timely flow of goods across channels. This role focuses on detailed execution, data accuracy, and early risk identification, enabling smooth allocation, including New Flow and replenishment.
Analysts support Team through insights, tracking, and executional follow-through, playing a foundational role in maintaining inventory health and customer-ready product availability.
What You'll Do
Salary Range: $70,600 - $88,300 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

About The Role

What You'll Do
- Deliver weekly reporting, incorporating insights and recommended actions
- Execute initial and replenishment allocations
- Collaborate with direct team and business partners to execute plans and strategies
- Provide ad hoc allocation analysis and support hind sighting as required
- Participate in projects and assignments of diverse scope
- Troubleshoot variance and discrepancies
- Demonstrate analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
- Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
- Possess strong organizational, time management skills and detail orientated
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
