Role Description The Brand Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at the Old Navy store in Kalamazoo, MI. In this position, the Brand Associate supports daily store operations, including greeting customers, answering questions, and providing a friendly, efficient shopping experience. Responsibilities include maintaining visual standards, replenishing merchandise, organizing displays, processing transactions at the register, and supporting fitting room and sales floor activities. The role also involves promoting current offers, assisting with inventory and stockroom tasks, and helping ensure the store is clean, safe, and aligned with brand guidelines. Brand Associates work collaboratively with team members and leaders to achieve sales goals and deliver consistent, on-brand service.
