Old Mission Wound Care (OMWC) is seeking a motivated Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) to lead our clinical operations in Florida. This is a pivotal leadership role for a dedicated professional with a strong background in wound care and a desire to mentor a team of skilled clinicians.
As an RCM, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered wound care.
You will have the unique opportunity to not only manage and guide a team of clinicians but also to directly impact patient care within your designated state.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Provide clinical leadership, direction, and supervision to your team of clinicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Drive Clinical Excellence: Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based wound care services that align with the highest clinical standards and our established protocols.
- Develop Top Talent: Play an active role in the recruitment, hiring, and mentorship of clinical staff, collaborating with our growth and talent acquisition teams.
- Collaborate for Success: Leverage your existing network of Home Health, Hospice and Post-Acute Care contacts to build trust and grow patient referrals. You will also work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Business Development Manager to coordinate patient care and optimize the integration of clinical and sales activities.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA, to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Provide Patient Care: Maintain your clinical skills by providing direct patient care, including comprehensive assessments and advanced wound care procedures, for 2-3 patients per week.
Who You Are:
- An experienced NP or PA with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in wound care.
- Possess a robust network in Home Health, Hospice and/or Post-Acute Care.
- A proven leader with strong management skills.
- A holder of an active and unrestricted professional license (NP, or PA) in your state of practice.
- A graduate with a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field (a master's degree is preferred).
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR) systems.

- Base Salary: $125,000 per year.
- W2 Incentive Structure:
- Patient Outcome and Quality Incentive: Earn up to $8,000 quarterly by meeting key metrics such as patient satisfaction scores, wound healing rates, and compliance with clinical protocols.
- State Team Performance Bonus: A $5,000 quarterly bonus for achieving shared strategic goals in collaboration with your regional counterparts.
- Clinical Education and Training Bonus: An annual bonus of $2,500 for conducting clinical education sessions.
- 1099 Compensation for Patient Care: In addition to your salary and bonuses, you will receive 1099 compensation for the direct patient care you provide.
Total estimated earnings for this role are projected to be approximately $276,900, with no cap on potential earnings.
