Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Beertender to join our team. As a Beertender, you will be responsible for serving a variety of beers and beverages while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve beer and other beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events nights to ensure seamless service.
• Work Special Events, when it's all hand on deck.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the hospitality environment.

Skills

• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality, particularly in bar/brewery or restaurant settings.
• Familiarity with brewing processes is a plus, enhancing your ability to discuss beer options with patrons.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems to manage customer orders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and provide top-notch service.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
