Overview
At Old Glory Solar, we pride ourselves in looking out for one another and working as a solid team. This role is vital in the overall flow of everyday production, both on site and in our warehouse. You would provide support to our team by keeping our warehouse organized and functional all times, as well as driving materials needed to the job sites at any given time during the day, when requested. Awareness of materials that are needed, running low, or when product is missing is very important. Communication is key.
Duties
- Safely operate a forklift equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments with accuracy, ensuring proper stacking and storage of all products.
- Heavy lifting and handling important/valuable materials properly.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by properly storing inventory and managing materials according to warehouse management.
- Support warehouse management with inventory control, reporting any damaged or missing materials immediately.
Experience
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required, we will train for the right candidate.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues quickly.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
