Position Summary
We're looking for an entrepreneurial Ticket Sales Representative to join our team as the first person in this newly created role. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Sales, you’ll be responsible for helping build the ticket sales program from the ground up through individual, group, and corporate ticket sales.
This position is 100% commission-based, offering unmatched flexibility and the chance to grow with a fast-moving, mission-driven sports organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ticket sales strategies for individual, group, VIP, and corporate packages
- Prospect and nurture relationships with businesses, youth organizations, schools, and community groups
- Create and manage personalized group ticket pages to streamline sales and tracking
- Collaborate with Marketing and Fan Engagement to drive awareness and promotions through social, email, and in-person activation
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in sports, entertainment, or subscription sales, particularly in a commission-driven environment
- Self-starter with the ability to structure processes from scratch
- Strong relationship builder: articulate, persuasive, and responsive
- Familiarity with the D.C.–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) region is a plus
- Passionate about sports and community engagement
