Are you passionate about developing the next generation of volleyball athletes? We are looking for energetic, technical, and experienced Volleyball Coaches to help lead our 2026 Summer and Fall Clinic Series.
As a summer and fall OGVBC coach, you will be responsible for executing high-level drills, providing real-time feedback, and fostering a competitive yet supportive environment for players looking to sharpen their skills before the school season begins.
Responsibilities
Lead Technical Sessions: Execute specialized clinics focusing on Attacking, Blocking, Serving, Defense, and Out-of-System play.
Skill Instruction: Provide actionable feedback to athletes ranging from middle school to high school prep levels.
Court Management: Oversee drill flow, player safety, and equipment setup/takedown.
Specialized Coaching: Lead intensive 2-day workshops for All-Skills, Setters-only, and High School positional prep.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous coaching experience (Club, High School, or Collegiate) or high-level collegiate playing experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern volleyball mechanics (specifically out-of-system offense and positional-specific training).
- Communication: Ability to explain complex movements to developing athletes in a clear, motivating manner.
- Reliability: Must be available for the specific dates and times the coach commits to.
