Job Summary
We are seeking an individual who enjoys home baking and is looking for a partime job. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 3 pm. We have the recipes we want you to make them. Basic baking skills and a love for the craft.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pies and bread, ensuring consistency and quality in every item.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, assembling, and portioning ingredients efficiently and safely.
- Manage food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations to maintain hygiene standards across all kitchen stations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, knives, and packaging tools.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and maintaining hygiene standards in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Experience working with baked goods
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
