Job Overview
We are looking for a clinical medical assistant to join our growing team. We provide comprehensive primary care for all ages.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Perform patient intake by taking vital signs and documenting patient history
- Perform point of care tests
- Administer vaccines
- Phlebotomy duties and lab testing
- Document patient information in EMR
- Coordinate with outside facilities for patient referrals
Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential.
- Experience working in a fast-paced clinic or hospital setting is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff effectively.
