Old Edwards Hospitality Group is seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and service-driven Reservations Specialist to join our team. This entry-level, Hybrid/Remote role plays a vital part in shaping the guest experience—from the first phone call through arrival and during the stay.
Training Requirement:
Candidates must be able to stay on property for four (4) weeks for paid training before transitioning to a Hybrid/Remote schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Answer reservation and guest service calls professionally and warmly
- Book, modify, and cancel reservations accurately using the property management system (PMS)
- Assist guests with room selections, packages, spa services, dining, and resort experiences
- Clearly communicate rates, policies, and amenities
- Upsell room categories and experiences when appropriate
- Document guest preferences, special requests, and notes with accuracy
- Coordinate guest needs with Front Desk, Spa, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless experience
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality, reservations, guest services, spa, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning multiple systems
- Professional phone presence and excellent verbal communication
- High attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required; holiday availability preferred

- Experience and Knowledge of the Policies, Procedures and Processes in Place for the Reservations Department and Front Desk Desired
- Command of English Language required and Second Language Helpful
- Must be Customer Service and Problem Resolution Oriented
- Requires Basic mathematical skills
- Knowledge and use in Microsoft Office Software Required, SMS Host Helpful, Navis Helpful
- Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Must have ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
