- Experience as a cook and/or oyster shucking desired, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed
- Shuck fresh oysters, preparatory to fresh packing
- Ensure oyster bar is properly stocked and set up
- Follow established recipes and plating requirements as set by Clyde’s standards
- Provide fast, accurate shucking of oysters
- Provide assistance to Chef and team members with food preparation
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and safely used
- Follow Clyde’s high standards for food safety and quality
