What We Look For In a Busser

What You Will Do As a Busser

• Bus glasses, plates, silverware, and other dining accessories from tables during service and after customers leave the tables
• Reset tables to specific CRG standards with fresh linen, silverware, condiments, and other table accessories
• Assist servers by delivering water, refilling beverages, bussing tables, and carrying out customer and table server requests
• Restock service areas, beverage stations, and bars in the restaurant with glassware, silverware, linen, water, iced tea, condiments, bus pans, and other supplies needed for service
• Carry full bus pans from dining rooms to the kitchen; unload glasses, plates, and silverware at the dishwasher, and dump trash into the garbage can
• Fold napkins to be used for service and carry them to service areas along with tablecloths
• Clean up spills, trash, broken supplies, etc. made by front-of-the-house personnel and customers; sweep dining rooms throughout the shift, and carry trash from dining rooms and kitchen to trash removal areas

LO QUE BUSCAMOS EN UN AYUDANTE DE MESERO

• Habilidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.

LO QUE HARÁS COMO AYUDANTE DE MESERO

• Retirar vasos, platos, cubiertos y otros accesorios de las mesas durante el servicio y después de que los clientes se retiren.
• Reacondicionar mesas según los estándares específicos de CRG con mantelería limpia, cubiertos, condimentos y otros accesorios.
• Asistir a los meseros llevando agua, rellenando bebidas, limpiando mesas y atendiendo solicitudes tanto de los clientes como del personal.
• Reabastecer las áreas de servicio, estaciones de bebidas y bares con cristalería, cubiertos, mantelería, agua, té helado, condimentos, bandejas de busser y otros suministros necesarios.
• Transportar bandejas llenas desde los comedores hacia la cocina; descargar vasos, platos y cubiertos en el área de lavado, y desechar la basura correctamente.
• Doblar servilletas para el servicio y llevarlas junto con los manteles a las áreas de servicio.
• Limpiar derrames, basura y artículos rotos generados por los clientes o el personal de sala; barrer los comedores durante todo el turno y llevar la basura del área de comedor y cocina a las zonas de disposición.
