Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist tradespeople with basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and holding materials in place
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials at job sites
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site, including removal of debris and waste
- Deliver materials and tools to different work areas as needed
- Use hand and power tools under supervision
- Perform simple assembly and disassembly of components
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned by foreman or supervisors
- Participate in safety meetings and tool-box talks
- Support site setup and breakdown at the beginning and end of projects
- Learn trade-specific techniques through on-the-job training
- Assist in inventorying tools and equipment
- OSHA 10 Certification (Preferred but can be obtained after hiring)
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred)
- Basic safety and tool usage training (provided on the job)
