- Be part of an awesome team! Work together under a Site Coordinator to create an amazing experience for every child.
- Keep kids safe and supported while making sure everyone has a place to shine.
- Help set up, clean up and keep the site flowing smoothly.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 18 years of age and have 6 months school age experience.
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
- Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
- Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella.
- Ability to create and sustain a culture of excellence and work and thrive as part of a cohesive team.
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and clean when necessary.
- Will sometimes work early morning, late nights and weekends.
- Strong oral communication skills required for occasional public speaking responsibilities.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 75lbs on occasion and 40lbs frequently (children) and move intermittently during work hours.
- Ability to thoroughly understand Y-USA's three focus areas: Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility; proven ability to identify and meet the needs of the health seeker
