The role of the Camper Support Clinical Supervisor at the Old Colony
YMCA is to collaborate and coordinate efforts with the Camp Clinicians, Behavior Specialists, Camp Administration and any other camp staff to enhance the camper support program which will aide campers with a diverse array of abilities and social-emotional needs to positively engage in summer camp.
The Camper Support Clinical Supervisor will serve as the clinical representative of the OCY Camper Support Program; him /her and will model and promote a culture and atmosphere that is therapeutic, inclusive, positive, and safe across all camps.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited educational institution
- Massachusetts Professional Independent License 3 years(LMHC or LICSW).
- Experience supervising bachelor level support staff and master's level/licensed clinicians
- Experience working in clinical settings with children/adolescents
- Experienced working with multidisciplinary teams
