Compliance Director to be responsible for understanding state, funding
source and contract requirements. They will lead the Quality &
Compliance Team to work with agency leadership using progressive quality
methodology to meet compliance requirements. This role will provide
business intelligence and actionable solutions to improve OCES\'
clinical, financial, and strategic goals. What you\'ll do: Partner with
Senior Leadership to develop a positive corporate culture of change and
improvement Drive the Quality Team to engage with business and program
teams resulting in the corporation meeting compliance and training
requirements Partner with leadership to improve and enhance the
company\'s changing culture, analytical metrics, quality methodology and
training solutions Manages the design and maintenance of a system for
managing data, analysis, and project solutions resulting in measured
performance status reporting Corporate quality liaison who communicates
fact-based findings to various stakeholders both internally and
externally Other duties as assigned What you\'ll bring: Ability to
manage multiple direct reports with multiple projects Work independently
and meet deadlines, self-driven, proactive Strong analytical and
organizational skills: must present strong attention to detail and time
management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
across all levels of staff Excellent Microsoft Office skills including
but not limited to Excel/Pivot Tables, Macros, data manipulation
functions Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial
data Ability to maintain agency privacy and confidentiality Bachelor\'s
degree in business, healthcare management or related field required,
Masters preferred Minimum of 5 years\' experience in human services with
at least 2 years in a management role Preferred experience in Project
Management/Six Sigma Certification Preferred Experience With WellSky
