Manager will plan, organize, manage, and evaluate the SCO and OCP
programs in accordance with contractual agreements. What you\'ll do:
Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff Monitor
the provision and effectiveness of community services Ensure program
integrity and compliance with staff development Participate in program
analysis and evaluation including determination of service needs/gaps
and the quality and effectiveness of delivered services Consult with
other management staff on a regular basis Participate in interviewing,
selection, and training of program staff Develop and implement outreach
programs to publicize programs and services as requested Provide clear,
concise oral and written reports as required or requested Additional
duties as requested What you\'ll bring: Your passion for helping others
and desire to make a difference. Ability to plan and organize work
independently Ability to develop and promote collaboration Master\'s
degree in social work or related field Five years\' experience in a
human services environment including at least two years in a supervisory
capacity Current Social Work preferred (Advanced License preferred)
