Job Overview:
Old Bryan Marketplace is seeking a creative, detail-oriented E-Commerce / Online Sales Coordinator to support and expand our online retail presence. This role plays a key part in showcasing our unique collections of home décor, gifts, apparel, and specialty items to customers beyond our physical store. The ideal candidate is organized, visually driven, and comfortable managing digital content, online sales, and customer inquiries across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update online product listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
- Photograph merchandise and create visually appealing product presentations aligned with the brand’s style.
- Process online orders, prepare items for shipment, and coordinate with in-store staff for order fulfillment.
- Monitor online sales channels, including the company website and social media storefronts, ensuring smooth operation.
- Respond to customer messages, order inquiries, and service requests in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Track online stock levels and work with the inventory team to maintain accuracy.
- Assist with online marketing efforts, including promotions, newsletters, and social media content.
- Analyze online traffic, engagement, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special promotions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or online product management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate product information.
- Basic photography and photo-editing skills (smartphone or camera).
- Familiarity with online store platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Etsy, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for crafting product descriptions and customer responses.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude with a professional and friendly approach.

Pay: $45,600.00 - $49,900.00 per year
