Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS system (TOAST) to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of shifts.
- Assist in managing bar inventory, restocking supplies, and tracking consumption to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender is required.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems (Preferably TOAST).
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, and drink recipe measurements.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
