Location: West Point, Mississippi
Position: Part-Time to Full-Time Minister
The Old Aberdeen Road Church of Christ in West Point, Mississippi, is prayerfully seeking a dedicated part-time to full-time minister to serve and grow with our congregation.
We are looking for a faithful gospel preacher who is firmly grounded in Scripture and committed to teaching God's Word with sound doctrine and compassion. The ideal candidate will have a heart for building meaningful relationships within the congregation and the surrounding community, with a special emphasis on encouraging and connecting with young families.
About Our Congregation
- Average weekly attendance: 55–70
- Shepherded by elders and deacons
- Friendly, welcoming congregation committed to biblical teaching, worship, and Christian service
Desired Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of and commitment to the teachings of Scripture
- Strong preaching and teaching abilities
- Passion for pastoral care and relationship building
- Desire to encourage spiritual growth across all ages, especially young families
- Ability to work alongside elders, deacons, and church members in fulfilling the congregation's mission
