OLCC Licensed Cannabis Farm Looking For Help:
This posting is for an OLCC Licensed Rec Farm. 40 hours a week with more for harvest.
Yard technician and lead harvest member.
Must be 21 and have OLCC MJ Handlers Card.
Tier 2 farm is located near Grants Pass.
We need the plants pruned, thinned and big leafed as we get closer to harvest.

We're a dynamic, tight-knit crew in need of assistance as we prepare for our recreational cannabis harvest.
Located near Grants Pass-- reliability and promptness are critical.
**Responsibilities:**
- Help prepare farm and plants for fall harvest
- Pruning and trimming
- Plant support and netting
Harvest--
- Shuck plants
- Hang top colas & branches
- Ability to lift 75lbs
- Ability to walk up hills with totes
HOURS--
40 hours a week leading up to harvest
Harvest hours are usually 60 hour weeks with OT over 40hours
Looking for somebody with full time availability and flexible hours with harvest time frame in mind
**Qualifications:**
- Must have OLCC Marijuana Handlers Card
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds is a must
- Reliability is important!
**Compensation:**
- $20/hour PLUS opportunity in October for overtime pay!
