Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming calls and manage phone systems effectively.
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office workflow and assist with special projects as required.
- Assist customers with invoicing and receive payments
- Maintain organized records of transactions and communications
- Provide basic product information and facilitate small-scale sales
- Perform light office cleaning, including sweeping, dusting, and keeping the bathroom tidy
- Support general office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with invoicing software (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of agriculture is a plus, but not necessary
