Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand.
- Assist with phone inquiries and reservations, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while adhering to restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A team player who is willing to help others and contribute to a positive work environment.
