Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles to designated locations while providing exceptional assistance to customers in need.
Duties
- Operate flatbed and other types of tow trucks to transport vehicles safely.
- Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of towing activities, including vehicle conditions and customer interactions.
- Drive responsibly and adhere to all traffic laws while on duty.
Skills
- Proficient in operating flatbed tow trucks and other towing equipment, preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of driving experience, majority in a truck (not pick up or car)
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on assisting clients in stressful situations.
- Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Valid Drivers Licence. CDL preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
