What You’ll Be Doing Daily
- Your days will be filled with hands-on problem-solving, teamwork, and customer appreciation.
- Install, service, and repair commercial garage doors, hollow metal doors, and storefront systems
- Troubleshoot and fix issues quickly to keep businesses running smoothly
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep doors safe and efficient
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Maintain your tools and complete job documentation accurately
- Partner with teammates who care about quality as much as you do
- Represent O&L with the friendly, professional, and reliable attitude we’re known for
- Keep safety first, always following DOT, OSHA, and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of commercial door experience (required)
- At least 1 year of mechanical or electrical know-how
- A valid Minnesota driver’s license and clean driving record (DOT card required)
- The ability to lift 65 lbs and work at heights up to 30 ft
- A can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and commitment to customers
