Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and internal policies.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations for the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, accounts payable automation, and vendor payments and Payroll processing using Odoo systems and ADP related.
• Handle accounts receivable related processes.
• Maintain and update accounting systems like Odoo to ensure seamless data entry and reporting.
• Conduct journal entries, double entry bookkeeping, and month-end closing activities with precision and timeliness.
• Support internal controls and compliance .
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation, supporting schedules, and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining strict adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Extensive accounting experience within corporate or public accounting environments.
• Experiences with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Odoo, ADP.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial compliance standards including SOX controls.
• Demonstrated ability in Excel data analysis—using formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions—to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and journal entries.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes including invoice processing.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
