Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and polished table service
- Confidently explain menu items, omakase experiences, and beverage offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold service standards
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
Qualifications
- Prior serving experience preferred (fine dining or upscale casual is a plus)
- Strong communication and guest-service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
