Duties
- Greet visitors warmly at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage office tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office tools
- Support office management activities including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing events or tours
- Lead engaging guided tours, sharing detailed historical and cultural insights to enhance visitor understanding and enjoyment
- Assist with clerical responsibilities such as photocopying, document preparation, and maintaining organized files
- Handle customer support inquiries efficiently, ensuring visitors' questions are addressed promptly and courteously
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Social Media sites
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred; familiarity with front desk operations highly desirable
- Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
