About This Opportunity
In this Accounting Assistant role, you’ll support our Trade Partner Prequalification function by helping review, track, and manage documentation from our subcontractor partners. If you’re organized, detail‑oriented, and known for clear, professional communication, we want to talk to you. You’ll thrive here if you’re comfortable working independently, learning new systems, and providing reliable administrative and accounting‑adjacent support.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and/or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision. The employee is also required to frequently inspect the project and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Prequalification & Accounting Support
- Review trade partner submissions for completeness, including insurance, licensing, and safety documentation.
- Organize and maintain accurate prequalification records within Okland's internal systems.
- Assist with basic data review and verification using defined checklists and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or experience in accounting, business, or administration is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
