Dr. Nazari-Pouya’s expertise lies in power grid modernization, with emphasis on enhancing affordability, automation, sustainability, and resilience through the integration of advanced energy solutions, power electronics, artificial intelligence, control and optimization methods, and smart grid technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline. (Candidates who have successfully defended their Ph.D. dissertation and are awaiting formal degree conferral are also eligible to apply.)
- Strong background in power and energy systems.
- Hands-on experience in control and AI/ML applications.
- Demonstrated record of high-quality publications.
- Ability to conduct independent research and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
