What are the responsibilities and job description for the Library Lead position at Oklahoma State University?
Reporting to the Head, Access Services, the Library Lead is responsible for the overall management of the physical collections of the Edmon Low Library, the Library Auxiliary Building, and the non-special collections of the North Boomer Annex. The position provides leadership for both the Stack Management and the Library Auxiliary Building teams, directly supervising 2 full-time staff members and a team of student employees. The Library Lead also oversees material retrieval and relocation operations across all Library locations, developing necessary workflows and procedures to maintain efficiency in ingestion and document retrieval. In consultation with library administration, this position also oversees project management for Library stacks projects, including space inventory, shifting, and stack disassembly.

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years in a library or related field
Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience
Experience with circulation/cataloging/reporting functions in an integrated library system.
Experience with document delivery and scanning software.
Demonstrated successful experience working with inventory management and space planning in a large library setting.
Must possess a valid driver's license for travel between library branches within Stillwater.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
